YOUR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS
You are organizing an event on your own behalf, as a fashion house or company, or through a production company.
You should be aware that events held in France must comply with current French regulations on vigilance and the fight against undeclared work.
The Urssaf and labor authorities have extensive powers of control. They can visit your events to detect any infringements. That's why it's a good idea to plan ahead!
Isabelle Naudin Valluis is legal coordinator at Event Legalistas.
Thanks to her experience in event project management and as an administrative assistant, she carries out her mission with rigor and dedication.
